Renu Mukunda, Director – Programmes and Social Innovations
Renu has over 30 years of experience in the Social Development sector. She has worked as a Development Consultant on a number of National and International projects. Renu has wide experience in gender and educational work at the grassroots level. She has worked closely as a Social Development Specialist with government departments, National and International donor agencies including World Bank, Asia Development Bank, European Union and the like. Renu’s strength is in her grassroots work, formulating livelihood programmes using participatory processes.
Gita Peters, Senior Programme Manager
Gita Peters is a social sector professional who has experience in rural development and livelihoods. She was involved in the implementation of large scale schemes and programmes for women empowerment, livelihood enhancement and environment conservation and has experience in government and NGO sectors. She holds a Masters from Tata Institute of Social Sciences, Mumbai with specialization in Community Organisation and Rural Development. Prior to CherYsh, she has worked with the State Rural Livelihood Mission of Government of Gujarat and Fair Climate Network, Karnataka.
Shantha P. Doddamani, Field Staff Officer
Shantha is a Social sector professional with an MSW degree from Belgaum University, and is passionate about community development in her region.
Yashoda V. Sonar – Junior Field Staff Officer
Yashoda opted to work in the social sector after completing Nursery Teacher’s Training Course under NCERT. She has keen interest in the development of villages in her region. Prior to her present stint as Jr. Field Staff Officer, Yashoda has worked as a Learning Facilitator in CherYsh Shiksha.
Madhu S.K., Technology Anchor
Madhu is Technology Anchor at CherYsh. His professional skills are in the IT IMS domain. Apart from work he spends his free time with his family, pets, personal projects, photography, and badminton. Madhu also loves activities like Trekking, and acquiring knowledge on Natural Science.
Anjali D’silva, Volunteer – Donor Engagement
Anjali is a member of the Civil Defense force in Bangalore. She has managed business and trade engagements in the granite sector. She has a disposition for social work, and is a voluntary teacher at the Ashraya orphanage, Indiranagar.
Christina M Ghose, Volunteer – Operations & Financial Management
Christina’s career has spanned from being an Employee to an Entrepreneur, her career has taught her both sides of an Enterprise. She has a Masters in Business Management from XIME, Bangalore and has engaged in sectors like Hotels, Qualitative Market Research, Real Estate and Infrastructure.
She is Head of the Bangalore Chapter of Xavier Institution of Management and Entrepreneurship, and part of the Mentoring team on the National Entrepreneurship Network for Startups.
Priya Rajanna, Volunteer – IT processes
A ComputerScience Engineer with EPGDBM in General Management, Priya has about 15 years of IT experience across industry verticals (Manufacturing and Retail) and across departments (Project Delivery, Software Quality Assurance and Training), with clients in UK and USA. She has worked with a skilling NGO, Unnati, to train, mentor and help in placement of Engineering graduates.
A committed Program Manager, Rajeshwari has over two decades of experience in the corporate services sector, including IT and Life Sciences industries. She is proficient in planning and monitoring global projects, with documented success in overcoming challenges through research, process surveys and data analytics. Ms Rajeshwari has a Bachelor of Engineering (Information Science and Technology) degree from BMS College of Engineering, Bangalore and a Management Development Program degree from Indian Institute of Management, Ahmedabad.
